Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • An incorrect product was delivered

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been installed or used

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation

  • Products without original packaging or accessories

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Order number

  • Product images or video showing the issue

  • Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacements

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake, return shipping will be covered by Hephon

  • For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
