Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to improper handling or installation
Products without original packaging or accessories
Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:
Order number
Product images or video showing the issue
Reason for return
Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Replacements
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, return shipping will be covered by Hephon
For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
